Verifying Your Site On Pinterest:
1. Login to your Pinterest account and go to the settings page.
2. You will see the option verify your website.
Put your website’s URL there and hit the button “Verify Website”
3. You will see the these instructions on the next page.
You have to download the HTML verification file and then upload it to the root folder of your website. Make sure that you don’t upload that file to any subfolder or pinterest will not able to find it.
Then get back to this screen again and complete the process by clicking the option.
4. After the completion of the process there will be a red right mark will show on your profile page.
After verification, it will look like this
If you have a blogger’s blog then you can’t upload the HTML file. So there is another option, i.e. You can verify it via meta tag verification. Pinterest will give you a meta tag verification token, you just have to put it in your HTML code of the blog. Then click the button verify with meta tag.
